Jennifer is a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Florida. She graduated with honors from Stetson University with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling. Stetson's dynamic program trains the therapist to work with the individual while considering the entire system around them such as their immediate family, work, and community. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Milligan College near Johnson City, TN. She was born and raised in Florida and loves the warm sunshine. Jennifer doesn't mind the hurricanes, in fact, she got married the day of Hurricane Jeanne in 2004. Jennifer's professional experience is enhanced by her past work at an area community mental health facility as a unit therapist on an adult crisis unit. Jennifer specializes in working with individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families who are dealing with divorce, self-esteem and family issues. Her style of counseling is focused on client-directed therapy in a kind and direct manner with compassionate listening in a culturally sensitive context. In her free time Jennifer enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her family.
