Jennifer Magbanua, LMFT

Jennifer is the founder and owner of JM Counseling,Inc. As a licensed marriage and family therapist in the State of Florida, she specializes in working with couples, and families who are dealing with marital or relational difficulties, divorce, infidelity, and remarriage issues. Jennifer also sees individuals who struggle with self-esteem, relationship, and family issues. Her style of counseling is a kind and direct manner with compassion in a culturally sensitive context. Jennifer is trained as process facilitator in Collaborative Divorce. Her professional experience is enhanced by her past work at a community mental health facility as a unit therapist; as well as her experience as a family mediator in the Florida 5th circuit courts. Jennifer graduated with honors from Stetson University with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Milligan College near Johnson City, TN. Jennifer was born and raised in Florida and loves the warm sunshine. She doesn't mind the hurricanes, in fact, she got married the day of Hurricane Jeanne in 2004.
